FOR BEST RESULTS:
- Unlock gates and ensure the area is fully accessible.
- Remove debris, obstacles, and pet waste before treatment.
- Follow instructions given with each treatment.
- For liquid applications, allow one (1) hour to dry before using area.
- Keep soil moist to 6″ depth; check sprinkler coverage and adjust programming.
- Routinely mow lawn and perform general upkeep tasks.
The aim is to suppress weeds and pests to tolerable levels. Eradication is not assured. Pre-emergent products offer 60-90% suppression. Post-emergent products need to be applied routinely.
Pro Care is not responsible for normal aging of materials; under or overwatering; plants ill-suited for site; weather extremes affecting landscape health or product effectiveness; other unforeseeable factors. Schedules and services may be modified based on weather, optimal treatment windows, labor/material availability, and efficient routing. Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Payment terms are Net 30. Past due accounts are assessed a 1.5% monthly finance charges and services suspended until account is current. Rates are subject to change and surcharges may apply. Pro Care will notify Client thirty (30) days prior to any such changes taking effect.
