Information you submit when use our website to contact us or request a bid is stored in our scheduling and CRM software. The purpose of collecting and storing this information is to contact customers about services and invoices.
If you wish to have your information removed from any of our systems, you can request that and your request will be honored.
We do not share or sell any customer information to third parties.
We use Google Analytics to track visits and referrals to the website but do not collect any personal information which could be used to identify you, the visitor. We also collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We do not use IP address information to identify the visitors and do not disclose or share this information.

We may also use “cookies” to enable us to save the visitor’s session “Cookies” are small files that we transfer into your computer drive that tells us on an anonymous basis, how often someone visits our site and where they go within our site. SMS Disclosure
Pro Care may use SMS service to update clients on upcoming services and scheduling. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
