For people who like variety, this gig is for you. Landscape projects vary in tasks & locations. One week you might rip out a bunch of old junipers & the next you might be installing a brand new landscape from the dirt up.
What You’ll Do
- Transform landscapes into something special
- Operate a variety of landscape equipment including skid steers & mini-excavators
- Remove & install trees, shrubs, sod, & mulch
- Modify & install sprinkler systems
- Install pavers, patios, walls, fences, & more
What’s Required
For top pay, be a crew leader. This requires previous experience with similar heavy equipment, a good understanding of landscape principles, project planning, & a knack for getting things done. Of course a driver’s license & insurance driving record are required, too. If you’re intrigued but don’t have enough experience for crew lead, join the team as a technician & we’ll show you everything you need to know to take that next step.
Regardless of role, you need to be able to use your whole body. There’s walking, lifting, bending, crouching, & working with hands/arms/shoulders/back. We work in the elements, too, as there’s often work available almost year-round.
What’s In It For You
Tons & tons of variety, lots to learn, lots of opportunities, & really, really good pay. Offers health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, & more after waiting periods.
